Group Mentoring Coordinator
1: 1 Mentoring
ALLMP offers one-on-one mentoring for mentees who are interested in individualized mentoring, as well as schools who prefer individualized mentoring. ALLMP matches mentees with Latina mentors, also known as a Madrina, who has the desire profession that our hermanitas want or have similar interests or backgrounds.
Our mentors and mentees are trained and screened before matching.
Group Mentoring
ALLMP provides group mentoring to our hermanitas at each of our partnered schools virtually and in person. Our group mentoring provides tools and resources for college and career readiness, professional development, self-empowerment, and leadership skills.
Group mentoring sessions are held by volunteers and ALLMP staff members. Our group sessions also consist of college tours, field trips, conferences, and workshops.
Alumni Mentoring
ALLMP will be launching an alumni program, in the summer of 2021 that will provide one-on-one mentorship and group mentoring to navigate, the first year as an adult in the real world. Helping Latinas get through college and other personal and professional endeavors.
