To empower and support high school-age Latinas in the Greater Washington, D.C. and the Sacramento, CA area as they develop the skills necessary to succeed in adulthood through collaborative mentorship and programming.

OBTAIN GOOD GRADES
To be successful after high school or college, one must have good grades. ALLMP will provide tutoring, resources, and guidance to ensure high academic standards.

Professional Development
GAIN PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

ALLMP will provide the tools and skills needed to develop a strong resume, LinkedIn profile, and a professional portfolio to become a strongly qualified candidate for a job, internship, and/or college student.

PREPARE FOR HIGHER EDUCATION
ALLMP will help mentees apply for college by providing college prep workshops, resources, college tours, and personal guidance.

Financial Resources
HAVE LITTLE TO NO DEBT
To avoid financial obstacles during undergraduate studies, resources and guidance on how to apply for FAFSA and scholarships will be provided. ALLMP will also provide financial literacy and workshops to learn how to manage money.
